Alastair “Ally”

Meet Alastair “Ally”, he will be 2 years old in September.

Ally

Ally was diagnosed with Chronic Granulomatous Disease and needs a marrow donor. He is 100% Korean, after searching the WORLD registries, no matching donor has been found. His most likely donor will be someone who is also Korean or of other Asian ancestry. Please register today http://join.bethematch.org/AllysFight to help save Ally’s life or the other 14,000 people searching for their life saving match.  Since Ally’s current treatment is very experimental, we still continue our search for a bone marrow match. Could you be the one? 20160205_170743

Ally’s parents were born in the USA and spent many years in the SF Bay Area. The family now lives in the UK. Ally likes the color purple and anything with stripes. His favorite TV shows are Peppa Pig, Paw Patrol, Robocar Poli, Hey Duggee. He has a big brother who he adores and when he is home and able, he likes playing with his dog. His favorite activities are blowing bubbles, hi fives, fist bumps and giving kisses.
