Saankethi

Saankethi (2) was diagnosed with MDS in April of 2011 in India. After undergoing treatment, the doctors in India suggested that she should be brought to the US to have a potentially life-saving bone marrow transplant from an unrelated donor. Her newborn brother was not a match. Saankethi and her mother came to America in November of 2011. Saankethi needed a donor before her disease takes a turn for the worse.
